We do not offer refunds on custom orders such as customized journals with names or sayings added.  

Our products are made to order.  We do offer refunds on physical products that are not customized if they are defective or damaged in shipping.  Other situations would be on a case-by-case basis.  Please reach out to support with more information on your situation if you have any questions.

Timing Predictions I do not offer exact timing predictions. Energy is fluid and can change based on free will. Timing is always in divine timing. With my gifts I do not see numbers.
